1217387 - Err Msg: "WCA startup failure"" when trying to launch the CE 10 CMC for Java

Symptom

The Crystal Management Console (CMC) for Java (admin.war) is deployed on a computer that does not have any Crystal Enterprise 10 components installed on it. When you click the CMC link on the CE 10 Admin Launchpad, the following error message appears:

"WCA startup failure:

Message: WCA startup failed with the following message: no webcomponentjni in java.library.path"

Why does this error message appear, and how can you resolve it?
