SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
An Active Server Pages (ASP) application uses the Crystal Enterprise (CE) 10 Viewer SDK as the reporting development tool. When the application previews a report in the DHTML viewer, field borders do not appear.
However, the field borders appear when exporting to Portable Document Format (PDF), or when using the ActiveX viewer.
Why do the field borders not appear? How can you resolve this behavior?
