To improve performance and processor (also known as CPU) efficiency, configure processor affinity for the Crystal Enterprise Report Application Server (RAS).
By setting a processor affinity mask for each RAS service, each instance of the RAS server will be limited to always use the same processor. This results in a more efficient CPU cache usage that results in better overall performance in environments where RAS is used extensively.
