Symptom
- No default parameter values.
- SAP InfoSet parameters default value not displayed in Crystal Reports.
- In the Crystal Reports, when refreshing a report based off an SAP Infoset that contains parameters, it prompts for the parameters, however, the expected default parameter values to choose from do not appear.

- SAP Crystal Reports 2013
- SAP Crystal Reports 2016
- SAP Netweaver 7.01
- SAP Netweaver 7.2
- SAP Netweaver 7.3

Reproducing the Issue
- On an SAP System, create an Infoset with at least one parameter.
- Set a default value for the parameter of the SAP Info Set.
- In Crystal Reports, create a report off the SAP Info Set.
- When refreshing the report, it prompts for the parameter(s), but does not display the parameter default value.
Cause
- Crystal Reports can report off InfoSets, but the InfoSet parameter default value is not supported. This is why it does not display a default parameter for the report based off an InfoSet.
Resolution
- To display the default parameter values, add the default values in the Crystal Reports designer by completing these steps:
- In Crystal Reports designer, open the report based off the SAP InfoSet.
- Right-click the parameter name in the 'Field Explorer'.
- Click 'Edit'. The 'Edit Parameter Field' dialog box appears.
- Click the 'Default Values' button. The 'Set Default Values' dialog box appears.
- Add the required default values and then click the 'OK' button.
- Save the report.
