1217972 - Auditing instances that are set to retry does not return accurate data

Symptom

In Crystal Enterprise 10, when you query the auditing database for the status of instances, there are no entries for the jobs that should be retrying.

When scheduling reports that have the property, 'Number of retries allowed', set higher than zero (0), these jobs are expected to try again if the instance fails the first time.

Why are there no entries in the auditing database for these jobs that should be retrying?
