1218263 - Report based on multiple Lawson OLE DB parameterized queries does not appear

Symptom

A Crystal report is created using multiple Lawson OLE DB parameterized command queries. When attempting to preview the report, you are only prompted to supply a value for one parameter. After typing the value, however, the report fails to appear.

Cause

This issue occurs because the command queries use unnamed parameters and therefore they have the same name.

This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00373023.

Resolution

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below.

Known limitations

For this update to resolve this issue, Lawson OLE DB database driver must be changed to generate parameter names with the command name as the prefix. Consult the Lawson web site for more information.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.

CAUTION:

Hot Fixes and Service Packs are not designed for OEM versions. Do not apply these updates if you are using an OEM version. To determine if you are using an OEM version, refer to the OEM Product Warning. ====================
