When a user tries to log on with their account or a user tries to access a folder without logging on to the InfoView or Web Desktop the following error message appears:
BusinessObjects Enterprise (Enterprise) XI Error Message:
"Access Denied: You are not allowed to log on to BusinessObjects InfoView"
Crystal Enterprise (CE) 10 Error Message:
"Access Denied. You are not allowed to log on to Crystal Enterprise. If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administrator."
