1218410 - How to change the default viewer URL to be compatible with IIS

Symptom

You can attach a viewer URL to an email if a report or BusinessObjects Web Intelligence document is scheduled to an SMTP destination.

For example, if you installed the Java application server, the default URL is:

http://servername:8080/businessobjects/enterprise11/desktoplaunch/opendoc/

openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=%SI_CUID%

What changes are needed for this viewer URL to be compatible with a .NET application server (IIS)?

To modify the viewer URL, go to the Central Management Console (CMC), click the 'Objects' button and then click 'Object Settings'.
