1218431 - RDC application stops responding when exporting to Excel if Rubiks is installed

• A Microsoft Visual Basic application uses the Report Designer Componenet (RDC) as the reporting development tool.
• Rubiks for Excel compatibility patch is installed.
• Exporting a report to Microsoft Excel from the ActiveX Viewer.
• The application stops responding.

This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00372144,.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), the issue is resolved.
