SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI, a report is scheduled to SMTP and viewed in the DHTML viewer. When clicking the print button, the following error message appears:
"An Error Occurred on the Server. Printing will be stopped. Would you like to review the error information?"
After closing the error message dialog box, the print job redirects to PrintControlError.html that is 0 bytes and blank.
