1218529 - Subreports are missing when scheduling or exporting to text format

In Crystal Enterprise 9, if several reports with subreports are scheduled to run at the same time using the text format, some of the text file instances will be missing the subreport.

Similarly, in Crystal Reports 9, if a report with subreports is exported to text several times concurrently, some of the exported files will be missing the subreport information.

This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00360565.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), the subreport will always be included in the export or scheduled instance regardless of how many reports are being exported or scheduled concurrently.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
