1218530 - No 'group by' clause when 'Oldest On-Demand Data Given To a Client' = 0

In Crystal Enterprise 10, in the Crystal Mangement Console (CMC), when the page server setting, 'Oldest On-Demand Data Given To a Client' = 0 and the 'Viewer Refresh Always Yields Current Data' check box is selected, the 'group by' clause is stripped from the SQL statement.
