1218540 - Only up to 100 reports or folders display in Crystal Reports when navigating the Enterprise repository

• Missing reports or folders.
• When opening or saving a report from Crystal Report to the Enterprise folder, not all the reports are listed. It is missing reports.
• In SAP BI LaunchPad, and in the Central Management Console (CMC), when navigating to the same folder, it shows all the reports.
• In Crystal Reports, you can open a report using the 'Enterprise' folder option.  However, when you click 'Enterprise' from the 'Open' dialog box, only the first 100 reports are listed. All other reports are missing.
• Why does this behavior occur, and how do you view more than 100 reports, or folders in Crystal Reports?
