1218576 - Multiple parameters cannot be passed through a Tomcat web application server

Symptom

In Crystal Reports 10, when a report is connected to an XML datasource, you cannot pass multiple parameters to the report through a Tomcat Java web application server.

Also, if the report is scheduled through Crystal Enterprise 10 for Solaris, both multiple and discrete parameters cannot be passed.

Cause

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00409740.

Resolution

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issue is resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
