1218599 - Gridlines do not appear in RTF export from a JRC application

In a Java Reporting Component application, when a cross-tab report is exported to Rich Text Format (RTF), some of the grid lines do not appear in the exported file.

This issue occurs when the cross-tab report uses customized background colors or gridline colors.

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00409854.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issue is resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
