In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI and Crystal Enterprise 10, if an object is scheduled on a recurring basis and the specified time is in the past, the object uses the current time for running the recurring instances instead of the specified time.
For example, if it's 1:00 PM and you schedule a report to run daily at 12:00 PM, the report will run at 1:00 PM.
