A Crystal Enterprise (CE) 10 installation on a Windows server is using a Java application server on a UNIX server. During logon to the CE 10 Web Desktop on Windows using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) credentials, the following error appears:
"An internal error has occurred in the secLdap plugin."
Enabling CMS tracing shows the following error message in the CMS log file:
"Plugin error: SecLdap Error: an error occurred in GenerateServerCCRContext()."
