1218822 - Publishing a report through the CMC causes the WCS to stop responding in CE 8.5

Symptom

In Crystal Enterprise (CE) 8.5 Japanese Edition, when publishing a report through the Crystal Mangement Console (CMC), the Web Componenet Server (WCS) stops responding and you are unable to publish the report.

This issue occurs after applying the Crystal Enterprise 8.5 Japanese Service Pack 2.
