1218951 - "The Web Intelligence Java report panel cannot connect to the server."

Symptom

In a BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Java InfoView on a computer that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL), when clicking a Universe the Java Report Panel stops responding and the following error message appears:

"The Web Intelligence Java report panel cannot connect to the server. Close the report panel and try to connect again or see your BO admin WJ20002."
