In a Crystal Reports Server XI or BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Java installation, clicking the Central Management Console (CMC) link from the Java Administration Launchpad causes the following error message to appear:
"HTTP Status 404 - The requested resource () is not available."
Also, red X placeholders appear for the images on the CMC logon page if it is directly accessed, but you cannot log on at:
http://servername:8080/businessobjects/enterprise115/admin/en/admin.cwr
