Symptom

The download copy of BusinessObjects OLAP Intelligence Report Designer is being installed on a BusinessObjects Enterprise XI server when the following error message appears:

"Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\win32_x86\mlb\cd\win32\m85.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
