1219323 - Extra lines between rows is generated when exporting to text with 35 characters per inch, from Crystal Reports

• Extra blank lines in the generated text file when exporting a report to text from Crystal Reports.
• When a report is exported to text format, and the setting for characters per inch is set to 35, blank lines are added between rows.

• Add the registry key: Force255TwipLineHeight, and set the value to: 1

  1. Open the Microsoft Registry Editor.
     (In Microsoft Windows, under the menu Start, select Run, and type: regedit) 
         
  2. In the Microsoft Registry Editor, navigate to the path
     
     HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Crystal Reports\Export\Text
     
     
  3. Add the DWORD value: Force255TwipLineHeight
     
     
  4. Set the value to: 1
