Yes. Crystal Reports XI Release 1 works with BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2.

Background:

Crystal Reports XI Release 1 was released with BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 1. Crystal Reports XI Release 1 continues to be compatible with both BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 1 and Release 2.

There is a Release 2 software build of Crystal Reports XI. While this build includes minor enhancements, the Release 2 build of Crystal Reports XI is not considered a major release and will not be required by most customers.

An upgrade to this build is required only by Visual Studio 2005 customers and if you are creating reports off BusinessObjects XI Release 2 Universes.

When you upgrade to this build, it is recommended that you upgrade all Crystal Reports Designers to the latest build. As a BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 customer, it is recommended that you do not mix between usage of reports created using both Crystal Reports XI Release 1 and Release 2.
