1219443 - Error:"There was an error while retrieving data from the server:Failed to read"

• When trying to publish a report to a new folder from Crystal Reports XI to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI or Crystal Reports Server XI an error message appears:
• "There was an error while retrieving data from the server: Failed to read data from report file Reason: Failed to read parameter object."
• The user or group in question has the necessary permissions, including the add objects permission.
