- In the Central Management Console (CMC) of BusinessObjects Enterprise, the option to 'Delete excess instances when there are more than N instances of an object' is selected.
- After clicking 'Update', all previously existing instances remain despite the instance limit.
- This behavior does not occur if you set the instance limit before there are any historical instances.
