1219717 - Error: "Cannot Open Database, failed to open the connection..." when creating a report based on a Business View connecting to PostgreSQL in Crystal Reports

• Unable to create a report based on a Business View in Crystal Reports.
• When trying to connect to a Business View connecting to PostgreSQL database, it fails with the following error messages:
  
  "Cannot Open Database
   Failed to open the connection. Details: - The database DLL 'crdb_jdbc.dll' could not be loaded."

This issue was caused the Outer join used for the Views in the Business View. 

In the Business View Manager, open the Business View, and in the Data Foundation, ensure you set the appropriate join type for your database.
