1219790 - Error: "Failed to copy the file..." when loading a report in InfoView

Symptom

When loading a new Crystal Report to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI through InfoView, the following error message appears:

"Failed to read data from report file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\<reportname>.

Reason: Failed to copy the file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\<reportname> to %2 in file system operation. Please check access rights. Reason: %3"
