SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When loading a new Crystal Report to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI through InfoView, the following error message appears:
"Failed to read data from report file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp.rpt.
Reason: Failed to open print engine for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmpreport\<report>. Ensure that CRPE32 is installed on this computer."
