1219845 - Reports exported to Rich Text Format have larger font sizes for blank lines

Symptom

When exporting to Rich Text Format (RTF), empty lines are given a larger font size which causes lines at the bottom of the report to be truncated.

 

Resolution

This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00432022, and affects the following:

  • BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2 for Windows
  • BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2 for Solaris
  • BusinessObjects Enterprise XI
  • Crystal Enterprise 9
  • Crystal Reports XI
  • Crystal Reports 9

 

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this issue is resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Critical Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
