SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Reports are viewed using the Java Server Faces (JSF) Viewer in a Java Reporting Component (JRC) XI or BusinessObjects Enterprise XI application. The database logon and parameter prompts appear as expected the first time the viewer is launched in a new browser window to view a report.
When you close and then re-launch the viewer, however, the report appears with the previous data but you are not prompted for database logon credentials or parameter values.
Why do the prompts not appear? How do you resolve this behavior?
