1220254 - Error: "Failed to retrieve data from database" if using Pervasive native driver

A Crystal report that uses a native connection to a Pervasive database contains a record selection formula. The Use Indexes or server for speed option is enabled. When attempting to preview the report, the following error message appears:

"Failed to retrieve data from database".

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT00583360.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), record selection formulas and 'Use Indexes or server for speed' now retrieves relevant data from the database.

Unless indicated otherwise, Critical Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
