SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
A full-client BusinessObjects 6.x report is migrated to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2. It can be opened in Desktop Intelligence or viewed in InfoView successfully. You try to schedule the report to run with PDF format and you receive the following error message:
"Echec de l'execution de l'object. Aucune reaction du processus enfant du Job Server."
in English:
"Object failed to run due to an unresponsive Job Server child process"
The error will also cause the Desktop Intelligence Job Server to go to a not responding status until it is stopped and restarted.
