1220517 - On UNIX or Linux, during Daylight Saving Time the system still displays the old time

Symptom

On UNIX, in summer time when the system switches to daylight saving time (DST) the system still displays the old winter time even if the Operating System shows the correct time. This occurs only for two weeks and only if the time zone is different from Pacific Standard Time (PST). This behavior occurs on Crystal Enterprise 10, BusinessObjects Enterprise XI, and BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2.
