1222159 - Error message when starting the DataLink module: "Class not registered".

Symptom

Two error messages appear when I try to start the DataLink module:

"Error connecting to the database: com.ms.com.ComError: Failed to create com/cartesis/ctdi/carat/ctdll/CtKernelApp after failure of CoCreateInstance de CLSID for {9B3EFBEF-52A6-11D1-9989-EDA9D6766072}: Class not registered"

and

"Error disconnecting from the database: Java Exception thrown: Exception: class java.lang.NullPointerException Message: null.4".
