SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In Windows XP, I open Carat 1.7.3.005 and it connects to a database (Oracle 8i or SQL Server 2000). When I try to change databases in the General, Data Entry or Report Browser module, the following error message appears:
"This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose switch to activate the busy program and correct the problem".
The Windows XP Start menu then appears.
