Symptom
The Finance user guide states that when the number of decimals for the currency is 2 and the number for the account is empty, then the number of decimal places specified for the former will be stored in the database for accounts.
According to this case scenario:
If 100.56 is entered in an amount, then 100.56 should be stored in the database.
In reality:
The decimals are not stored at all in the database. 100.56 is entered but 100 is stored.
