1230408 - Upgrade CR XI standard edition to CR XI developer edition

Customer had installed CR XI standard edition and bought an upgrade to the CR XI developer edition.  He is wondering how to upgrade CR XI standard edition to CR XI developer edition?

Step 1: Launch Crystal Reports XI R1/R2

Step 2: Go to Help/License Manager

Step 3: A new screen will pop up

                Product: Choose “Crystal Reports Developer”

    Add Key codes:  Enter your new keycode for CR XI developer edition, which came with your disk(s)

   -Then click the Add button and it will check your keycode.

Step4: To verify you have the right version:

              -Go to Help/About Crystal Reports

  - A new screen will pop up make sure it is “CR Developer; Product Type: Full” and confirm your keycode.
