1230444 - How to create a dynamic parameter prompt in Crystal Reports XI to only prompt for records that are active?

There is a list of records in the database and some of the records are in inactive status.

How to create a dynamic parameter prompt in Crystal Reports XI to only prompt for records that are active?

1. Create a command object to return only Active records
2. Add command object to Report connection (do not link it) 
3. Create a dynamic parameter based on Command object

*It is possible to have unlinked Command object in your report for dynamic parameters, but make sure not to use data from command object anywhere else in the report other than the parameters.
