If you bind the gauge data field to a formula-based cell, the gauge result and needle should be fixed on the cell's formula result. Therefore, the needle should not be adjustable via the mouse cursor. However, after linking the gauge to a formula-based cell, the needle is still adjustable in SWF runtime.
