Symptom

  • WebIntelligence (WebI) Report Server (WIReportServer) crashes
  • WIReportServer process memory usage exceeding 1Gb
  • WebIntelligence Report Server appears as stopped in the Central Management Console (CMC) Servers List
  • Error: "The Web Intelligence Server cannot be reached"
  • Error: "RWI 00226"
  • Error: "The Web Intelligence server memory is full. Please log off and try to connect later. If the problem persists, contact your Business Objects administrator. (WIS 30280)"
