• Thousand separators are displayed incorrectly for Regional settings different from English (US)
• Thousand separators are placed incorrectly when the cell is formatted in Excel

Environment:

Xcelsius v5, 2008
Windows XP Service Pack 2

Workflow 1 to reproduce:

1. Go to Control Panel and change Windows Regional Settings to German for example
2. Open a model in Xcelsius
3. Insert a Line Chart component on the canvas
4. In the properties of the component click on Appearance/Text tab
5. Click on Horizontal (Category) Axis Labels
6. Set Number Format to Numeric and decimal places equal to 2
7. On the X-axis the values 001 002 003 are wrongly displayed

Workflow 2 to reproduce:

1. Go to Control Panel and change Windows Regional Settings to German for example
2. Open a model in Xcelsius
3. In a cell of the Excel spreadsheet enter a number for example 200000
4. Insert a Value component on the canvas adn assign it to the cell
5. In the properties of the component click on Appearance/Text tab
6. Click on Value
7. Set Number Format to Currency and decimal places equal to 2
8. The value is displayed as 2.00.000
