1241101 - SSO fails after following KBA 2629070 with login screen but no errors

Symptom

  • After setting up SSO with KBA 2629070 SSO fails with no error
  • All users fail from all browsers but manual logon works fine to client tools and web/apps 
  • getting web/app logs see KBA 2820819 shows "Failure unspecified at GSS-API level (Mechanism level: com.dstc.security.kerberos.KerberosError: KDC can't fulfill requested option"
  • In earlier versions Logging onto InfoView using Active Directory (AD) Single Sign-On (SSO) with Vintela Error: "Null" is displayed in red.
