1241101 - SSO fails with blank screen (Windows AD)

Symptom

  • After setting the SSO, some users are receiving just a blank screen when trying to logon.
  • All users fail from all browsers but manual logon works fine to client tools and web/apps.
  • On the WebApp logs, displays the following message "Failure unspecified at GSS-API level (Mechanism level: com.dstc.security.kerberos.KerberosError: KDC can't fulfill requested option"
