Symptom

  • Central repository object library.
  • Object appears to be checked out to all users. 
  • No user has permissions to check-in or undo check-out for the object.
  • Objects previously checked out.
  • Open central repository and see that object is checked out.
  • Options to check in or undo checkout are not available.
  • Local repository object does not allow object to be checked back in.
