1243965 - XIr2 SP4 installation aborts after language selection

Symptom

Installation Aborts after language selection

An error message pops up saying the installation has been aborted

Keeping that window opened (otherwise the log gets deleted), go to %TEMP%\sp4install0.log

At the end of the log, a similar error to the following one should appear:

MSI (c) (70:60) [11:42:20:660]: Invoking remote custom action. DLL: C:\DOCUME~1\am135574\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\MSI35.tmp, Entrypoint: CEMSIinstall
Action ended 11:42:20: CEMSIinstall. Return value 2.
MSI (c) (70:DC) [11:42:20:985]: Doing action: User_Exit
Action 11:42:20: User_Exit.
