1244193 - Refreshing a report based on Oracle in XI 3.0 Infoview installed on AIX gives DMA0007 (Deski) or "A data base error occured" (Webi) error

Symptom

- Attempting to refresh a Deski or Webi document through Infoview XI R3.0 gives DMA0007 (Deski) or "A data base error occured" (Webi) error
- Classic BO logs (BO_trace.ini) show error:
DBDriver failed to load : .../bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_oci9.so ( 0509-022 Cannot load module .../bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_oci9.so.
0509-150 Dependent module .../lib32/libclntsh.so could not be loaded
0509-103 The module has an invalid magic number.
Please note that this error can also relate to libdbd_oci9.so, libdbd_oci10.so, libdbd_oci11.so
- Through Infoview the following error is displayed when refreshing a WebI report:
A data base error occured.The database error text is:(CS)"DBDriverfailedtoload:/export/home/Business_Objects/global/bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_oci11.so (Could not load module/export/home/Business_Objects/global/bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_oci11.so. Dependent module libclntsh.so could not be loaded. Could not load module libclntsh.so. System error: No such file or directory Could not load module/export/home/Business_Objects/global/bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_oci11.so. Dependent module/export/home/Business_Objects/global/bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_oci11.so could not be loaded.)" . (WIS 10901)
- Through Infoview the following error is displayed when refreshing a DeskI report:
DMA0007
