1248574 - Wrong outerjoin is generated when a universe is migrated from version 5 to XIR2 using Sybase as a datasource

Symptom

      • Migrated universe has no outerjoins
      • In Designer XIR2, the migrated universe from version 5 has lost its outerjoins
      • In version 5.x, Designer generates "*=" to represents the outerjoin while in XIR2 the SQL generated shows only "="
      • Creating a report against the migrated universe, or refreshing a version 5 report in XIR2, the outerjoin appears in the ‘from’ clause instead of the ‘where’ clause
