Symptom

  • Microsoft Excel, Word or Powerpoint with Live Office crashes for users who are not in the Administrator group.
  • Live Office writes files to C:\Windows directory
  • In Citrix environment, when exiting Excel with a non-administrator user, the following error is displayed: 'Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.'
