Symptom

Environment

  • SAP Crystal Reports 2016
  • SAP Crystal Reports 2020 

Resolution

  1. In Crystal Reports, open, or create a report.
  2. Under the menu "File", select "Page Setup..."
  3. In "Page Setup", under "Page Options", check the option: "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size"
  4. Define the dwsired horizontal and vertical size
  5. Click "OK"
  6. The new page size will be seen in the Design mode and Preview mode of the report.
