1256293 - “The page cannot be found” error in InfoView and Central Management Console

Symptom

  • In BusinessObjects XI 3.0, login to InfoView or Central Management Console. Click "Preferences" tab. Throws error while expanding Web Intelligence or Desktop Intelligence.
  • Error: "The page cannot be found" in Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.2
  • With Weblogic Application Server the error shown is Error:404 Page cannot be displayed
