- Occurs after moving the database and FileStore from one system to another (e.g.: test to production/live)
- When the system boots up, even though the all services are started, an error occurs when creating a new Web Intelligence (webi) document : Unable to initialize the report engine RWI 00226
- Manually restarting the BO servers will resolve the problem until the server is rebooted.
